Declassifying Junk in FirstClass

I have, theoretically, tweaked the server settings such that nothing should end up in your Junk folders anymore. But for the stuff that's already in there and that you want declassified as Junk, here's the process:

  1. Go to the Collaborate menu and select Rules.

  2. Click the button that says New Advanced Rule.

  3. Make it look like this:

    Save the rule.

  4. Go into your Junk folder and select the message or messages that you wish to recover/unmark.

  5. Go to the Message menu and select Run Manual Rules. The non-junk messages should get moved to your inbox and should get a normal icon applied to them.

A few minutes ago I tweaked things such that no mail should be flagged as Junk anymore (the Barracuda handles that). So you should only need to do this once.
